Proofreading
Proofreading is a critical final stage before publication. As your proofreader, I will correct errors that were missed during the copyediting stage (as well as formatting inconsistencies if your book has been formatted). Please note that proofreading is not a substitute for copyediting. If you’re not sure why, I would be happy to provide a more detailed explanation over email.

TESTIMONIALS
“Working with Kaitlin was amazing! Not only is she incredibly thorough, but she is extremely organized, patient, and knowledgable about how a book should be put together. She took my manuscript, which had already been through two professional edits before it got to her, and still found a ton of typos, saving me time, credibility, and money in the long run. Now I’ll know to go with her the first time around! Can’t recommend her services enough!”

“As a traditionally published author and ghostwriter with nearly twenty books under my belt, I’ve worked with many different editors, but Kaitlin blew me away. She’s incredibly thorough and does her research. More importantly, she intuitively understood my intent, so her edits consistently improved my writing without changing it.”
